For exterior servicing the vehicle will either need close proximity overhead shelter or will need to be rescheduled on a dry day.
If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $50 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.
Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Detailing Specialist.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
